New For This Year

It's the start of another season the 2008-2009 season will be a year we hope to bring you a lot of improvements to the website.

Remember to support WrestlingGear.Com - Wrestling Shoes and Wrestling Gear when you are shopping for your wrestling gear. Once again WrestlingGear.Com help out members of the Illinois Wrestling community. This year we raised over $3,500 for the National Wrestling Hall of Fame - Illinois Chapter. The amount we raised reflects a significant portion of the annual fundraising they need to do each year. If you are a golfer and even if you are not, put a reminder in your 2009 calendar for our golf outing. We need golfers and non-golfers to support the event.

IWCOA Officials Clinics - Download the IWCOA registration form and download the cover letter sent to high school coaches and officials If you are not a member of the IWCOA and are interested in joining, visit their website at http://www.iwcoa.com At their website you can also join their email list. The link is at the very bottom of their home page. Lots of information for high school coaches, officials and IWCOA members can be found on their website. It's a must see website.

New Wrestling Video Clips

New this year, WrestlingGear.Com's has put brief clinic clips up on youtube. WrestlingGear.Com's YouTube site We have three clips up there right now from Israel Martinez and one clip from Mike Krause of Cliff Keen Nxt Lvl Wrestling Academy.

New Wrestling Feed Web Page

We already implemented a few new things this year. Check out our recently created feed digest - High School Wrestling. On that page, you will find up to date information from around the country. If your Illinois high school page has a blog or a website that generates an RSS feed, send it to us and we'll promote your team for free. We just ask you create a few links back to our sites.

We also updated our blog - Illinois High School Wrestling we'll be posting some information there and some information on this page. We look to continue to improve both this year.
